Strawberry Sparkling Wine Mixed Drink
1/2 mug fresh strawberries, hulled
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
sparkling wine or champagne
strawberry for garnish

Place strawberries, vanilla, lemon juice and sugar in a blender and also puree. Pour right into a champagne groove half way (essentially to taste). Top with champagne or sparkling wine, and also mix carefully. Garnish with strawberry.
